The movie Fresh was a game changer for me and how I view what I eat now. I have never really seen a documentary or video for that part on how our food is really made and what really goes into those food products. The documentary was really well directed and filmed, starting out with the big food companies showing how Mono-culture farmers for the most part didn't seem happy with what they were doing. Then the documentary switched over to a handful of self sufficient farmers that used the relationship of the animal and plant to work together. Joel Salatin was a very big believer that all parts on his farm played a rule and treated them with respect. I liked Joel alot he was a very happy man who seemed to care alot about his family and loved his son. I was very inspired by him while I was watching the video and he created a new dream within my future to hopefully own a farm one day and raise fresh all natural food and have cook outs with my family and neighbors. I hope these videos make a difference in the food industry because I do not want to raise my kids on the chemically created processed foods.
