exploration 3

the specific food I like to forward to eat is anjeelo and beer (beef liver). Anjeelo is Somalia  tradition breakfast food. anjeero is made  are light, spongy, chewy and taste a bit like crumpets. We eat them for breakfast. cup white corn flour
½ cup sorghum flour (optional)
4 cups self raising flour
½ tsp salt
4- 4½ cups lukewarm water.

The most important food that my family eat is sanbuusa and  rice with the goat mean. also sanbuusa is Somalia cultural traditional food. we eat sanbusa Rabadan time. as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, ground lamb, ground beef or ground chicken. Its size and consistency may vary, but typically, it is distinctly. the another food my family eat all the time is call halwa which very is sweet. we eat it as pm snack with the black hot tea.            HALWA
